Services for Individuals, Businesses and Parents of Teens

I offer individual coaching sessions for career development, interview skills, cover letter writing, resume development, job search strategy, interpersonal skills such as communication, decision making and confidence building. I also offer life coaching in individual coaching sessions, subjects include– communication, decision making, interpersonal issues, parenting etc. I typically work remotely via teleconference, or just on the phone. I offer as needed coaching for a one time situation such as prepping for an interview, or reviewing an important cover letter, and on an ongoing monthly plan with weekly contact until the goal is accomplished. I am also available in person to clients in the metro Detroit area on a limited basis.

I am available to facilitate small group coaching for 8-14 people via Zoom or Google Hangouts. I will coach small groups in person and have some that are scheduled advertised in my blog or calendar.

Perhaps the organization has similar values, ones that you agree with and share, however, those values in the way that they are expressed, is not in alignment with your own style and might even “rub you the wrong way.”

My coaching services will help you with, most importantly, knowing who you are, what your choices are and why you have come to those determinations. Secondly, I will assist you to express, or relate that information to others. This involves not only “seeing” yourself but also the ones you are communicating with and what their preferences and rules might be that you will want to consider. Communication is an art, a very necessary one! Lastly, I help you determine what type of organization you best fit with and then how you can go about finding them!

There will always be issues that you will want/need objective reflection on whether it is actively in your work life, your personal life outside of work… or probably and most common, where those intersect. I am there for you whether you will want an hour, or several months.
